Scientific Linuxにnginxをインストールするメモ その2

引き続きnginxの設定編をやってみます。 インストールについてはこちらをご参照ください。

起動スクリプト設定

とりあえずインストールができたので、起動から。 公式サイトに起動スクリプトがあるので、そちらを使います。一応、コードを載せます：

これを/etc/init.d/nginxに設置して、実行権限をつけます。

起動してみる

# /etc/init.d/nginx start

無事起動できました。 あとは自動起動設定とかやっておきます。

# chkconfig --add nginx
# chkconfig nginx on

confファイル設定とHello, Worldまで

ソースコードから入れると/usr/local/nginxにインストールされるので、confファイルを編集します。 後からPHPを動かしたりしたいですが、とりあえずはHello,Worldを出すことを目標に。

# vim /usr/local/nginx/conf/nginx.conf

以下、編集したとこだけ。

user nginx;

http {
  serer {
    location / {
        root /var/www/html;
        index index.html index.htm;
    }
  }
}

apacheっぽく/var/www/htmlをルートにする設定です。その他server_nameなどはご自由に。 あとはファイルを置きます。

# mkdir -p /var/www/html
# vim /var/www/html/index.html

nignxを再起動します。

# /etc/init.d/nginx restart

ブラウザからアクセスします。

動いたー＼(^o^)／ とりあえず動作が確認できたので、これからMySQLとPHPを入れて動作させてみたいと思います！
